Fitting the bill in the North and in the East

On Thursday Erdogan’s henchman, Turkey’s Prime Minister, has made a promise to his people that if they elect him next month that he soon would liberate Jerusalem. Ahmet Davutoglu was using words that are major hints for all students of Bible Prophecy:

Al-Aqsa Mosque [The Temple Mount] is ours forever, and as Allah is my witness and history will testify, it will remain ours forever”.

Whilst we can see that military tensions in eastern Europe are still rising,  tension can be found between America and Russia over eastern Europe and tensions rising between America and China.

In the North we have Dmitry Rogozin, the Russian deputy prime minister with responsibility for defence, joking about visas and having many to remember the cold war period.

There is immense distrust on both sides and the ever increasing tensions could easily become war. Ezekiel 38 and Daniel 11 spell out what Russia will do and also where Russia’s allies are positioned. The countries allied with Russia in Ezekiel 38 are Iran, Turkey, Ethiopia, Libya. They don’t include Europe.. Therefore we are not looking for a Russian Europe alliance but a Russian / Iranian / North African alliance. The coming conflict between Russia and Europe is quite possibly part of the push against Russia.

writes Andy Walton in the Christadelphian Weekly World Watch 24th – 30th May 2015‏.

In the meantime I also look at the East whilst I know that the latter day king of the north would be deceitful and proud and think that Putin might fit the bill.

Dan 8:24-25 KJV  And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.  (25)  And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

The Israeli Municipality of West Jerusalem set up early May a sign reading “Temple Mount”, Judaism’s holiest site, in reference to the nearby al-Aqsa Mosque compound.  Jews were normally permitted to visit but are barred from praying for fear of tension with Muslims boiling over, and Israeli security forces control entry. The site became the focal point of tension in the Holy City in October and November, when police clashed with Palestinian protesters over perceived Jewish attempts to take it over. Palestinians also staged a series of deadly lone-wolf style attacks, including the running over by car of groups of Israelis.

Extremist Israeli settlers marched east, towards Marwani Mosque, and tried to steal stones in the area, but the mosque guards forced them to return them back. But also politicians have been violating the sanctity of Al Aqsa Mosque on an almost daily basis, and always under the protection of armed occupation forces who often attacked Palestinian worshippers who tried to protect their holy site.

After the  Holy See has switched its diplomatic relations from the Palestinian Liberation Organisation to the “state of Palestine”, Israel said it was “disappointed” and in a statement, the Israeli Foreign Ministry said the move would not help the peace process and

“distances the Palestinian leadership from returning to direct and bilateral negotiations.”

The prediction of  a future leader of Rome confirming a covenant with those opposed to the descendants of Jacob can clearly be seen.

Some like Yahya Rahim Zafabi, a top advisor to Iran‘s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei are convinced they shall be able to destroy Israel and they have tens of thousands of missiles ready to do so. Iran wants Israel removed from the map. Even though they are talking to America about limiting their nuclear program there is no doubt with Bible in hand that we know this is all deceit.

After vowing to retake Jerusalem if elected, Davutoglu stressed that his country

“cannot be an ally or friend of those who desecrated the Al-Aqsa Mosque with their boots”

referring to Israelis who had to thwart demonstrations. By this Davutoglu is accusing Israel of desecrating the Temple Mount since it is an abomination in Islam for anyone to enter holy ground unless they are barefooted. both seem to forget it is for all Jews, Christians and Muslims holy ground and that all seem to have a different opinion how to behave on such holy ground. Through the ages the way how to dress or behave in sacred places, temples, synagogues, churches, mosques has always been a matter of debate.

Many times, like now it brought a war of words between opposition leaders of religious groups as well of cities, states or countries.

Lots of religious people do not seem to understand what it means to be the ‘City of God‘  and want to claim it for their own religious group, not willing to see it also should be a place to enter for the other religious groups who want to honour the same God.

The Jews should know better to claim Jerusalem private land for the Jews – a reference to Salahuddin Demirtash. We can not neglect it is the city of origin for the three monotheist religions and their God gave His Word it would be the central place for His Kingdom. That Kingdom of God does not belong to man, but to God Himself, though I agree God has given Jerusalem to be the capital of His Kingdom and of the land of His People, Israel (the Jews) Other religious groups loving Allah, the Elohim Hashem God, should respect that Will of God and should know they can work against it.

The AKP Party seems to make Israel the main issue of the divide. Kamal Ihsanoglu said in response to the opposition:

“We will not be friends for those who desecrated Al-Aqsa [Temple Mount] with their boots,”

“let them go and be friends with them (the Jews) as they wish,”

referring to the opposition, saying that they “insult Jerusalem” like the Jews.

Davutoglu is saying that what determines a Muslim from a non-Muslim is the issue of Jerusalem. In other words, Davutoglu is dividing Turks whether they are with the AK Party or enemy collaborators for Israel.

It all comes to pride and wanting to have most to say and to be in charge. All aggressive action also comes from feeling stronger. As such Turkey managed to manufacture airplanes locally and sending satellites into space.  War demands weapons and Davutoglu pointed out:

“Before 2002, Turkey was unable to even buy an infantry rifle, tanks would come from a grant from the State, and then would be sent to Israel in order to repair them”.

Those looking with envy to the growing amount of Jews finding their way to the Holy Land want to look at themselves as the poor sheep. Davutoglu therefore looked at his  forefathers who remind him that the path of martyrdom is Jerusalem, and to liberate it they must return to their Ottoman dream:

“Amasya’s elders, faith and land, knowledge stems from the land, the Ottoman Land, the Seljukian Land. They [the martyrs] heard us, our forefathers, they want an answer. We will not enter in the hall of the martyrs of Al-Aqsa (temple mount) unless they hear us so we must give an answer. Who can stop us? Anyone from the Middle East, the Balkans, Asia?”.
