The death knell of an Empire

The world has witnessed how one of the great nations could be lowered to a burlesque where the face will bring more tears of sadness than of joy.

Instead of Making America Great Again, Donald Trump has proven how Trumpism could bring the country down in just a few years time.

I'm not sorry for these opinions

Yesterday’s events in the United States Capitol shocked the world. So called “patriots”, incited to violence by the President, invading the Capitol building in a bid to reverse the result of November’s democratic election, is a reminder to us all of the fragility of democracy and the consequences of putting certain people into positions of power. Luckily, it appears that this attempted coup will lead to no reversal of the election result (a testimony to the strength of American institutions and the foresight of the Founding Fathers) and Mr Biden will still become the 46th President of the United States on January 20th 2021.

In the eyes of Trump supporters, the Trump presidency was supposed to “Make America Great Again”. This now famous slogan is the result of an accurate reading by Trump supporters that America has lot its way and is on the decline. Despite the wishes of his…

A joint effort of several authors who do find that nobody can keep standing at the side and that “Everyone" must care about what is going on in today’s world. We are a bunch of people who do not mind that somebody has a totally different idea but is willing to share the ideas with others and to be Active and willing to let others understand how "today’s decisions will influence the future”. Therefore we would love to see many others to "Act today".

  1. Dear Marcus,

Thank you for reblogging the post. We live in interesting times indeed, but often for the wrong reasons. What a day it was to unfold with sedition and insurrection!

Instead of “Flattening the Curve”, the USA is now “Steepening the Curve”, so much so that the MAGA tagline “Make America Great Again” should be changed to MASA: “Make America Sick Again”!

Here’s my little poem or ditty:

    I can’t bear the POTUS
    Much more than the VIRUS
    For he has been lying
    Even to the dying
    About his true FOCUS

    In a nutshell:
The POTUS’ FOCUS is a hocus-pocus.

Regarding the POTUS’ Twitter and Facebook accounts, some would even argue that they should have been suspended or terminated a long time ago for continually unleashing falsehood, misinformation and mass distrust. Fortunately, he has not (yet) been given free access to software or button(s) with which to launch weapon(s) of mass destruction.

In any case, those who are fair-minded and discerning are not easily swayed by his constant thrashing around and beating in the bush. Speaking of whether “the president really is a very stable genius”, SoundEagle’s adage is that Trump is a fool’s idea of a genius. In addition, the POTUS has long slid from being a “Law and Order” President to a “Flaw and Border” President.

Speaking of critical thinking and many other complex behavioural, sociocultural and political issues, I have recently published a very detailed post entitled “Misquotation Pandemic and Disinformation Polemic: Mind Pollution by Viral Falsity” at

I would be delighted if you could kindly submit your comment to my said article, as I am very keen and curious to know what you think or make of it regarding the increasingly pressing issues that many of us are facing.

By the way, I would like to wish you a very happy New Year. May you find 2021 very much to your liking and highly conducive to your writing, reading, thinking and blogging!

Thank you very much for your New Year’s wishes and for taking the time to offer an extra comment as well for directing to another interesting article of yours.

We may be reassured D. Trump has “not (yet) been given free access to software or button(s) with which to launch weapon(s) of mass destruction” and hopefully now the time has come that also some Republicans shall make work of assuring the population that this dangerous man shall not be able in the future to “lead America” again.

I hope to accept your invitation one of these days. (I must first deliver a series on prophecy for publication to the Bible Students and Researchers.)
