Land not an ordinary asset

Land cannot be treated as an ordinary asset,
controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market.
Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth
and therefore contributes to social injustice;
if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes.
The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interest of society as a whole.

From: What Is “Agenda 21″?

Concerning Agenda 21: Is the Soros-Sponsored ‘Agenda 21’ a Hidden Plan for World Government? (Yes, Only it Is Not Hidden)

“Agenda 21 is a two-decade old, grand plan for global ’Sustainable Development,’ brought to you from the United Nations. George H.W. Bush (and 177 other world leaders) agreed to it back in 1992, and in 1995, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order #12858, creating a Presidential Council on ‘Sustainable Development.’ This effectively pushed the UN plan into America’s large, churning government machine without the need for any review or discussion by Congress or the American people.”

“‘Sustainable Development’ sounds like a nice idea, right?  It sounds nice, until you scratch the surface and find that Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development are really cloaked plans to impose the tenets of Social Justice/Socialism on the world.”

  • Agenda 21: In graphic novel form, so it must be the truth (timpanogos.wordpress.com)
Several international programs create studies and make recommendations to nations — but unless they come from the World Bank or International Monetary Fund along with loans to help nations develop, such recommendations remain mostly academic:  Nations follow them only to the extent that a nation’s policy-making groups (like Congress in the U.S.) are persuaded that the recommended policies benefit the nation.
  • Something Wicked This Way Comes (maddmedic.wordpress.com)
the UN’sAgenda 21 seeks to take 50% of American land and make it uninhabitable, untouchable by industry, and inaccessible by humans. American citizens will be moved into places called “Sustainable Human Development Zones.”If the Senate ratifies Agenda 21, you will live, work, play, and vacation only where the United Nations allows and your main transportation would be a train…all in the name of “sustainable development” and “environmental responsibility.”

  • It seems that certain people and groups do not seem to recognise that we should try to handle natural goods more carefully. Agenda 21 Propaganda Invades Hotels, Lectures Travelers (dprogram.net) does not seem to agree that we should use less soap and other goods which can influence our environment in a bad way.

Author Rosa Koire rightly calls it a “green mask”to conceal a far more insidious agenda for total control under United Nations auspices. As these images from a hotel in Germany show, the flyer which promises to save 1 tree for every 5 towels not used includes a “Planet 21″ logo branding the chain’s participation in “sustainable development,” the unmistakable buzzword for Agenda 21.

The Americans are known for their not looking so much for environmental issues and not keen on helping for selective garbage. For them it seems to be eco-tyranny when restrictions are made to polluting vehicles. But it is the only way to make people pore sensible for Global warming and the necessity to take care of our environment and preserving the earth for future generations.

Environmentally sensitive roadways are marked by signs as one enters the downtown areas. Those without the sticker can be fined if stopped in unauthorized areas. As such these areas can be kept clean and people made more sensible.

  • Government Funded Bullet Trains Will Connect American Agenda 21 Megacities (zionistoutrage.com)
America 2050, in line with Agenda 21, wants to see high speed railways built along the east and west coasts of America. These railways will link the megaregions and megacities which createCascadia ; an amalgamation of Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, British Columbia with a high speed rail will ensure the protection of designated habitats for animals.

The Ecocity Builders is a non-profit organization which is a collaboration of international networks of associates that influence and actively participate in local city planning projects all across the US. They focus on reworking current issues to match UN Agenda 21 guidelines in planning for local cities including transportation, energy, architecture, design, natural restoration, development, planning, and advocacy.
  • Inside Agenda 21: The International Tyranny of Bike Lanes (theatlanticwire.com)
As this pamphlet puts it [PDF], “Sustainable Development documents call for the abolishment of private property and the freedom that private property supports. If individual members of our society do nothing, the continuing loss of liberty will result in increasing social confusion and discord, rising resource shortages, financial decay and a dimming future for us and our posterity. The looming battle of ideas should be recognized as a classic – and perhaps ultimate – battle between Liberty and Tyranny.”
  • Constitution should address inequality in land ownership – CDLA (times.co.zm)
District Land Alliance (CDLA) Coordinator Allan Kasongo has said many Zambians do not have access or ownership of land because the current Constitution does not adequately provide for that.
Mr Kasongo said Zambians had experienced the numerous displacements of community members from their land and in the process infringing the rights of the citizens.
  • Expert demands land laws be brought to life (capitalfm.co.ke)
A stakeholder in the land industry is calling for the speedy operationalisation of the National Land Commission Act 2012, the Land Act 2012 and the Land Registration Act 2012.According to the Land Development and Governance Institute, the National Land Commission Act will ensure that all unregistered land owners in the country have legal titles within the next ten years.

Chairman Ibrahim Mwathane describes this as a big gain as it will address the situation of land ownership through inheritance where many acquire land legally but do not have titles.

“If you live in this country and understand what that essentially means to the lives of ordinary Kenyans who have never had access to titles yet have land which is their own, it would be a major gain for the country,” he said.
